Dennie W. Baldwin of Kentucky Education Rights will be our guest speaker for October 27th meeting. In his capacity as an advocate for special needs children with school-related problems, he will discuss the need for screening, the rights of families and children under IDEA and Section 504 in addition to suggestions for accommodations and interventions. http://www.edrights.com
